Make a search engine with our blogs and show recent, popular

There are a lot of friends who write blogs. We all need to show them in one page. We use WordPress, Blogger, Drupal for our blogs. We can't find new articles as soon as he/ she add it. We don't wanna post them in one site.

We need to show links in our new web. Also can be searched. It should be show recent posts. Popular today, week, month. Tending posts. Most discussed, etc.
We don't have much coding ability. If there is any cms tell us about it? If these is a another way, let us know.

That tells you it's time to get a programmer on your staff. I am running into folk that think that is not needed. Give them more time and then they get it.
