Major Display Bug

I started my computer and got this:

Try the XP Forum, but it looks like the OS got whacked.

I see the MS armor icon (bad sign) and Mirc which I've found some to get very bad infections from accepting people's files from.

I bet you'll be scanning with Ewido, Housecall and at worst doing a repair install.

I appreciate your fast replies always constructive, although I was just doing a windows update and I installed mIRC to have online help.
