an email to a gmail, hotmail or yahoo address, are you able to reply to it?

This will tell us if it's in fact your email host or your client.

Sorry, I don't think I follow

Let's say you own domain.com and sign up with Zoho to be your mail provider. Now all email @domain.com will use Zoho's mail servers. I'm assuming they provide IMAP or POP access, in addition to providing a webmail interface. If an email arrives in your email client, it should also be visible via webmail, and vise versa. In other words, Zoho and webmail should be the same thing here, but you make it sound like it isn't, so I'm not sure I follow.

Also, can you clarify whether "webmail id" is interchangeable with "email address"? And when you say "client," are you saying customer or are you talking about software? Are you receiving no email at all or are you just not receiving some email? Are you seeing inconsistent receipts in your webmail interface compares to your software email client?

If the reply-to address is unknown/bad then you have to wirh with zoho to correct that.

Let's say your email address was black listed. I noted the reply-to entry and you could try that as a test to see if you can get the reply to another address but it appears I can't help you.

And this appears to be a NEW request. Maybe that's part of the issue here. Do you see how your first post does not appear to match your new request?

I can help with the initial request by showing they have a reply-to setting. But now it appears you want to duplicate the email to two addresses. That's something entirely different.
