'Mail' Yahoo Aus Email Incoming issue POP

I have a yahoo.com.au account.

It works online thru webmail with no problems sending and receiving.

I have it set up on Mac Mail and it works for a few mths then stops working with receiving emails. I can send via Mail but not receive.

All the settings are correct.
I have erased and reinstalled the system as i thought maybe there is something hidden in the system causing the issue. That didnt work

What happends in the activity window it says downloading 160 of 161 for example but doesnt download anything at all. I hasnt downloaded emails since 11 Feb. Its keeps giving me the incorrect activity details on what its downloading.

In the Account Get Info part in Mail it shows all the emails on the web mail but it marks them as unread as they arn't on the computer but mail WONT download them.

Basically mail or yahoo is not talking properly with the POP side of things.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue

Delete the Yahoo account in Mail

and then recreate it.

I have deleted the account and re added it still doesnt work ive also deleted the plist still didnt work. I actually erased the system and then tried to start from scratch but still no luck
