"mail to form" or no "mail to form"

hello !

I have a problem and i can sure use your help.

I've created a website in dreamweaver on an html page .I have posted a comment form page on the website . What I want to do is have a user fill out a comment form , click the submit button which will then send the form to an email address in the same format as the html page i.e. still in the form.

I've got as far as getting the webform created but I'm stumped as to how to script a code that will allow feedback submission . where do I go next?!

p.s. would a (cgi) common gateway interface program in perl language or C++ be the best route?

Please help

Your web host. If you don't ask them, you'll post in forums and become frustrated.
