I think it's called progress. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA101991441033.aspx?pid=CH100776981033 says it's supported using Sharepoint Server. Wonderful, isn't it. But the add-on above should surely work. Moreover, it seems affordable for a business.
Sorry, no personal experience with Office 2007.
In the past i was using Office XP for my business mail outs. I would create the file in html and open it in Microsoft Word and mail it out. Now that i have upgraded to 2007, this option isn't there. I can only attach it 2 an email. I don't see a way which i can do my mail outs with 2007. Or is there?
