Mail Merge

Need some advice. When doing a mail merge, the copier/printer will stall at random. Sometimes it will do all 25. Sometimes it may do 4 and just stall. No jams. No error codes. I can delete the job from the printer and send it again and it may work or not work. This problem seems to have started when the PC was replaced. Just seems to be getting worse. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this type of issue?

Print to pdf in stead of to the printer. Use your favorite pdf-reader to print. What happens?
