Magnitude 6.4 quake in Iran kills 370

Iran is located on seismic fault lines and is prone to earthquakes. It experiences at least one slight earthquake every day on average.

A quake a day! I didn't know that about Iran.

Befor building call a seismological consultant...

Muelheim-Kaerlich nuclear reactor had its license revoked because the risk posed by earthquakes.
Ecemis fault line is only 25kms from Akkuyu Bay reactor.
Philippine Nuclear Power Plant, I believe is around a fault line?
Now Iran

building a nuclear reactor in a fault zone or in an area of seismic activity greatly increases the risk of a catastrophic accident (imo).
is it the power they want are something else?

It's between three. plates and getting pushed up all the time. Same thing same place killed 30,000 or more some years ago; this one epicentered deeper, so your original-post count is low by only several hundred.
