Magicjack Is Not Magic

I Have Been Trying To Put Magicjack On For My Phone Service. I Will Tell You Its A nightmare, I Can Download The Setup File But When I Start It The Screen The Dial Pad To The Registration Freezes Up Every Time, I Have Tryed Everthing And Nothing Works. I Turned Off My ATT Phone Service And Been Trying For 3 Days To Fix It. I Was Told If I Wanted To Keep My Phone Number Of 20 Years That I Would Have To Tell ATT To Port My Number So I Did And They Told Me I Was To Late, My Number Was Gone. And Telling Me The Whole Time That They Were So Sorry, I Told Them That I Never Told Them To Take My Number From Cavalier Phone Who I Have Been With For The Past 6 Years, This All Started When ATT Tryed To Sign Me Up For Fast Interner Of 12 Mbps Or Faster I Said Are You Sure And He Said Yes, He Also Tryed To Sell Me Phone Service And I Would Not Tell Him The Company I Was Whit Now. So They Sent Me The Internet Router After I Installed It I Only Got 2.60Mbps And I Did Not Order Phone Service But They Gave It To Me. I Get 3.15Mbps From My Internet Now So Why Would I Want ATT Interner I Cancel, And Called My Phone Service Cavalier And They Told That I had There Phone Service Case Close. Until I Get A Phone Bill From ATT For $82.98 I Called Them And They Told Me I Had There Phone I Told Them I Did Not Order It And That They Lied To Me. Help
