magicjack call goes directly to voice mail.

When I get a call the call goes directly to voice mail.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Have you looked at MagicJack's preferences option? Have you contacted MagicJack's help? I've been using their service for years and never had the problem, so I have to believe it's a setting that somehow needs changing.
