Question

Macromedia Player has stopped working

Windows 7 64bit.
When I try to open Video professor I get the error message Macromedia Projectopr has stopped working. Please help.

Two Suggestions...

1. Run the Video Professor program in XP compatibility mode. (RIGHT click on the program shortcut, choose "Properties", then the "Compatibility" tab, then select to run in XP SP3 compatibility mode. You might even choose Win98/ME compatibility mode.)

2. Follow the instructions in the link below:
