If you're using Firefox or Mozilla, it's as designed.. They aren't intended to run ActiveX..On the other hand, Internet Explorer is supposed to run ActiveX as long as the Internet Options security settings are correct and as long as Windows Scripting is enabled and installed. Indeed, Java may also be required for Java applets.
In fact, if you're using Firefox, you'll need to install a separate instance of the Flash plugin. Have you done that? Download the plugin for Firefox by visiting the link below while using Firefox. Download the Flash Player installer to your desktop, then run it..:

Hope this helps.

I have had numerous problems with Active X not enabled and not displaying the page properly and script errors that ask if I want to continue. Now Java problems. I did learn Sun is taking over the Java from Microsoft apparently so I installed it and disabled Microsoft. Not sure if that fixed anything or not. I have done all the internet resets and enabling stuff, anyway.
Now I can't get Macromedia to load. It says like an ad might appear at the toolbar and click on it to enable Active X in the demo but I never get the option to click on it as it does not appear and I can't get it to load. Is this another Active X problem?
Thanks.
