Macromedia Authorware

by Baxter2007 / September 24, 2007 9:49 AM PDT

Hiya Happy

I went to the Adobe homepage (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/) to test my Shockwave and Flash players and they both have the latest versions installed so that is not the issue.

When I scroll down to 'Macromedia Authorware' and click on 'Test your Macromedia Authorware Web Player installation,' the page does not change. What does this program do, why isn't it opening for me, and do I need to use it in conjuction with the Shockwave and Flash players?

Thanks Everyone Happy

Why doesn't it test my computer for it? I click on test but the page does not change.

Hiya Happy

I know where it can be downloaded but why doesn't it automatically 'test' for Authorware at the same time that it checks for Shovkwave and Flash?
