Question

MACMAIL won't load

by h2ofowl / April 25, 2013 1:30 AM PDT

I use macmail. It stops receiving yesterday about 1:30 pm. I can send but not receive-- the activity window says it is loading 435 emails, but they never show up. I can see them on my iphone and in yahoo mail, but not on the macmail page.

Does it show up anywhere?

Check under the View option in the menu bar.

Check to see if Display All Messages is displayed. If it is, click it

Can't find "display all messages"

Does Mail indicate that has download the email?

If it does, then I guess that you have some filter in place that will not allow the new messages to be displayed
