Macbook sharing monitor with PC?

Apr 14, 2007 4:04AM PDT

Hi everyone, I'm a new member here and hade a quick question. I currently own an HP PC and monitor along with a printer. I relaized that after I purchased this that I should have bought a Mac. So now I'm going for it this year. But I don't want to get rid of my PC just yet. If I wanted to could I buy a VGA split thing. (I don't now what it's called) Where I could somehow split the monitor between the Macbook and PC, or do I have to disconnect the cable every time to plug it in. Or what it be better just to buy another monitor and printer if I had to use one on my Macbook, or just do a file transfer to print the docuements on my PC printer. I'm kinda leaning on the second monitor. Also, is amazon.com a good place to find RAM at a good price. I have an uncle that may work there and get me a discount on this kind of stuff.

I'm just wondering if it will work with the Mac. Also does anybody know if all camcorders work with the Mac.

(NT) If camcorder has FIREWIRE, likely just fine.
