Macbook 's Super Drive

My macbook's super drive is not accepting DVDs, it does try to read but afterwards ejects it out. I have tried approximately all of the troubleshooting available with leopard. Please try to tell me the solution.

Tried a new drive? I know many have to spend weeks doing anything but changing the failed drive.
