It appears there are issues with SSD. You may have to try another make/model.

Hi there,
Here's my problem:
- Installed a Samsung 830 SSD into my Macbook Pro 5.5
- Formatted and verified disk, no issues.
- Halfway through the installation from the original install DVD it stops. Saying it can't complete install and that it needs to restart. I have tried a few times and installation
seems to fail at different times through the process.
Any ideas?
