Question

Macbook gets stuck when closed

Mar 26, 2015 12:57PM PDT

When I close my macbook pro the apple on the top stays lit. and open it back up, theres the boot screen with the apple logo and progress bar. the bar is not moving at all. And what ever I do I can't exit out of this except force restarting my mac with the power button. I know that when you close a macbook it's the apple light is supposed to turn off. And it's supposed ti bring you back to what you were doing instead of a stuck boot screen. How to I fix this? Thanks in advance!
