The router and the client have to be compatible or they fall back to 802.11g speeds. Sorry but I have never found a way to help when they don't play at over 802.11g speeds other than to install a newer compatible WiFi card/stick.
On the PCs we often find firewalls and antivirus suited impacting speed since these examine packets and maybe more. On the Apple they use another system.
Hello, I recently upgraded to the Super hub 3.0 and found my 2016 Mac book pro to be having download speeds of 200 Mbps+ consistently according to speedtest.net, although on my desktop PC is barely pushing a download speed of 30 Mbps?
Can anyone help?
I'm slowly thinking I may have a virus.
