If she's sure she wants a Macbook, the cheapest (new) one certainly is more than OK to read magazines, mail and post on Facebook.
By they way, a current cheapish Windows laptop, and possible (depends on the program she uses to read magazines) a still cheaper Chromebook would be fine.
Hi there! Idont know know much bout computers and I use PC laptop for work. I have now promised to help my mum buy a new Macbook. Shes 64 years old and uses the computer to read magazinens, email and post on Facebook. We hope this new computer will last around 10 years.
We are going to an Premium Apple reseller to get some advice and buy the computer but I figured it would be good to to ask someone else to what to buy. Do you believe the cheapest Macbook is enough for my mum or should we buy a more expensive one?
