The firewalls seem to be the usual as well as the 'accounts' and network group name (if using SMB networking.) There are a bazillion pages on networking but focus on the usual suspects.

I'm having an issue with my mixed Mac-Windows wireless network. I can't get the two computers to see each other or the shared printer. I'm operating a G5 iMac, OSX 10.4.6 and a PC running XP, with SP 2. The wireless node is an airport express with all the firmware upgrades. The printer is hooked to a powered USB port on the iMac.
DSL Internet works great on both machines, wirelessly, and there's plenty of signal strength on both. I appears that I've just not set up the networking and shared drives. Any pointers to a good primer on setting this mini-network up to share files and the printer? Thanks.
