Question

Mac OSX with dual boot into Windows 7

by WyllowOakswood / April 26, 2016 7:21 PM PDT

I have bootcamp on my MAC OSX. I removed it from the domain and added it to workgroup from the Windows side - the only administer account. I am no longer to get into the main account, the only administer account. I can get into the MAC side and another user account on Windows 7. Is there a way to delete a keychain on the MAC side to get in? Is there any way to get into the account through the MAC side? I have a MAC air, so I don't have a DVD rom to create anykind of disk for this. Please Help

Sounds like a disaster.

I'd start over with that Windows 7 install. Just remove it and install it again this time in the Workgroup version or mode.

You know from prior discussions that this is not something Windows does with any ease (change from domain to workgroup!)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
