that will support the PPC processor. (G4 (867Mhz or faster) and G5) Note that the G3 process is not included)
That said, all the machines that are supported must have at least 512MB minimum or RAM and at least 9GB of free HD space.
OS X 10.5 was a paid, $129, Upgrade and is not available, legally, as a download. You should be able to purchase a Retail copy from places like eBay and Amazon.
BEWARE of the discs that are grey (gray). these a Restore discs and are machine specific. Unless you purchase the restore disk for your specific machine, that may not work. Much better, though more expensive, to go with the Retail disc that will boot anything.

Can I download, or purchase the Upgrade disks for Mac OS X 10.5.6 and Upgrade my current Mac OS X 10.3.9, or do I have to Upgrade to Mac OS X 4.0 and then Upgrade to Mac OS X 5.0 before the 10.5.6 Upgrade can be done?
Also, I am running my current OS X 10.3.9 on what I believe to be a G3, (Green & Silver Tower) and will it impede me from being able to do the Upgrade at all? I also have what I believe is a G4, (Silver on Silver Tower) running the same OS X 10.3.9 and if I can't use the G3, (Green & Silver Tower) can I use the G4, (Silver on Silver Tower) if it is indeed a G4? I have a ton of programs that I use on a regular basis and I do not wish to loose them with the Upgrades, (if the Upgrades are even possible) or will I loose them in the Upgrades?
Sorry...a lot of questions on this one! lol Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
