by one of your own Mac faithful. The developer kit was made available only to Mac developers. I'm certain you have a traitor in your midst who is tired of paying inflated prices for Apple hardware.
Not all Mac affecienados have pledged blind and undying devotion to Steve Jobs, apparently.

You are suggesting that this hack is running on a development kit?
If that were true, would it actually be a hack?
Now if you are referring to the actual OS, that was available on the internet very shortly after it was released. I guess some people place no value in their word, when they agreed to an NDA.
However, as the article says, it's along way between now and the real release, a lot could happen
