Question

Mac OS 10.6.7 and Adobe Shockwave Player 11.5.9.620

May 29, 2011 2:51AM PDT

I recently update Shockwave Player to v 11.5.9.20 on my Mac. Now when I try to solve any jigsaw puzzle type games, the puzzle pieces do not track accross the screen. They only disappear at the the start at the mousedown position and reappear at the mouseup position. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and is there a fix?

I can't find an earlier version for Shockwave Player at the Adobe site to reinstall on my Mac.

Thanks in advance.

I wonder if they turned on the hardware acceleration?

I can't check this but did you look for and turn off hardware acceleration in Flash or Shockwave?

This new feature appears to be causing trouble.

Shockwave Player

The issue appears to be with the jigsaw itself and not Shockwave 11. I tried a jigsaw by a different author and the puzzle worked as expected.
