i am using a motu 828mk2 which i have had for some time now and was using the motu fine for the first few months with my mini using the original drivers i had for it (1.01), im using logic 9 on snow leopard.
yesterday, i launched one of y projects and all was getting out of my monitors was a high pitched noise whenever i pressed play. so i decided to find the latest motu update and found 1.4 whihc is supposed to be for intel based macs. i installed this, now the mac mini doesnt even recognise the motu and the driver version on the motu still says 1.01 but on the mac it says 1.4.
am i missing something obvious???
and what was the high pitch sound in the first place and why had the 828 been working before???
pleeease help me.
