Mac Laptop is Dead

Recently my mac laptop is not working. I tried every possible way to at least turn it on. My main concern is that I haven't connected the cloud and time machine. Did I lost everything I had? Any possible way to gain access to my files ?

Re: dead

Take the hard disk out, put it in an external enclosure and use another Mac to get your files off.

As Kees noted. Pull drive into external case.

And take this as the near loss lesson it is. We only lose what we don't backup.
