mac g3 temporary files installed spyware

My lady has a mac G3. I'm trying to find out if her ex husband has installed web site, password tracking software on it? He might have already deleted it. Anyway I can tell if there was every any on there?
Also how do I find and delete the temporary internet files?
I have no clue about the macs? Need to find out soon, he is causing alot of grief for her.
