Mac Error 600

Jul 6, 2012 1:45PM PDT

My mail and safari programs keeps hanging up. All I get is the rolling beach ball. I can't even force close. I tried closing them from Finder and it told me " unexpected error -- error 600. I did some research on the net and came across something telling me to go and repair the permissions in disc utility. (whatever that is) I hope it worked. I did it 2 days ago and it seems to have quit hanging up. The only way I could quit was to turn off the computer. Now all is working, but once before it worked for a day or two and then started the same problem again.

the RAM will go a long way to improving things.

1GB must be the absolute minimum to run Leopard with.

Use the Memory Configurator at crucial.com to find out how much RAM you can have in that machine.
Consider ordering it.
