When such happens and the memory and power supply is proper, you contact the vendor for the RMA.
In closing, when you build your own, you get used to updating the BIOS. Did you?

Hi
I've just built a new pc:
msi kt6 delta motherboard, althon xp 3000, 512mb 400 RAM, 160GB SATA HDD.
I'm having problems setting the bios as i cant seem to set the speed of the cpu correctly. I thought that the CPU speed is meant to be set at 166mhz, but the highest i can set te core/bus ratio is 15 (166 x 15 = 2490, and the processor is 3000) also it keeps restarting when set at this. it seems to run at 133 ok. also every time it starts up it searches for DHCP ??? - mac address?? not too sure. any help would be much appriciated. Thanks
