Since www.remotewebaccess.com isn't accessible this question can only be answered by the occasional member that has access to their product. Unlikely to find someone like that on a Mac forum.

That server is runinng Windows Server 2012?

What does their customer support say? And what did the system manager of that Windows server say?

Yes the server is running Windows Server 2012.

I am the system manager of that server. This is the first Mac we try to connect to the company server. With all other Windows computer we simply conncet with the same www.remotewebaccess.com/connect and run the software. Then after installation we have the option in network to connect to the company server with VPN.
I tried the same with the Mac, but cant find any way to connect to the server (Using the Microsoft VPN).
