M45-331 FIX for power cord plug n unplug freezing READ!!!!

I was getting ticked off at my m45 freezing when i plugged and unplugged it i figured it was software related since when i direct booted dvds it never did it I uninstalled toshiba power saver and boom i plug n unplug with no freezes i am in the process now of informing toshiba so they can make a patch for there program hope it helps yall for now

I have been trying to figure out the cause to this problem. Please keep me posted about the patch for the power saver that is if Toshiba is willing to do it. Or else, I am buying another brand with comparable features. I just don't think a good laptop should have such a problem. Thanks, Tim.

problem i am having is that I cant seem to find a tech support email address on toshibas web site? hmmm *** most places do have a email contact of somesort if any of you can find one please let me know so i may address this matter asap
