Lumia 940 (XL) Concept

by Delta Concepts / August 12, 2015 1:30 PM PDT

I love technology and sometimes I get there just imagining cool tech gadgets and how funny it would be if they were real, and happens that many of them became real months or years later being made by big companies. I think it means my ideas are cool so I started an YouTube channel were I'll be showing some of those ideas I have. To start I made a concept of the new Lumia 940 (XL):

It's the first animation I make using Blender ( and never used other program of 3D modeling) that's why the quality isn't that cool, but I'll work to make the videos better and better! The concepts I'll be making there are going to be a bit different on what you see on other concept's channel, people usually make videos showing a cool design and/or things impossible to make (at least with today's tech), while that, at my channel I'll focus on making concepts of things that doesn't exist yet because nobody thought about them.

Sorry for my english mistakes but it isn't my native language (still, is something I'll be working as well)

Look at their market share and think "Why did I bother to make such a video?"

I did.

I did it because I think this concept follows more the Microsoft's philosophy than any other company. I posted the video 1 day ago and I only have 50 views (half of them are probably of me refreshing the page to see if someone commented/liked/subscribed) and if the concept was about other company (Apple, I'm looking at you) I would probably have more views but it wouldn't be like Apple's philosophy. But don't worry, I'll make more concepts about other companies.

(the title is Potato because I can't think in any good title to... a comment. I mean, why do we have to have title at comments?)

Some members have bolted over forum oddities.

Here the few things that bug me on smart phones are:

1. Battery time. Spoiled by my 30 day BLU Tank II that cost... 20 bucks.
2. Android Fragmentation. Not that it isn't an issue for me until I have to answer someone about Where's Waldo? (a setting....)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
