Question

Lumia 930 phone

I have a Lumia 930 phone witch is just out of guarantee and has now developed a problem and when using the speaker phone i cannot be heard by the otherparty and would like to know from other 930 owners if they had experienced simular problems and if so is it repairable?

Anything can be repaired.

But the cost to repair may exceed replacement cost. Get estimates.

Also, you know to try a factory reset when a phone does odd things like this.

I took the phone to our local Nokia repair sentre and they could find no fault and even after temporary replacing the microphone the problem persisted,so my question is, could it be a software problem.
I contacted microsoft but they are not the most willing company i have come across to lend assistance or help to a person.

Done a factory reset and did not cure the problem.

Since it's broken with no answer from its maker, you have a fine reason to get a full refund.
