Loud clicking noise when driving straight

Hey there, I have a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. Just had the brakes changed. Was making a clacking noise before the brake work, it stopped when brakes were done and a day later restarted but worse. It’s extremely loud and seems to be coming from the back left tire.

Hi, Herb; If this is AWD, have them look at the CV joints.
