Lotus Notes 6.5 & custom stationary

Hi, I would like to create stationary in Lotus notes using a word document as my format. I want to keep the format and everything of the word document. I can copy/paste it to lotus notes BUT the word document has dropdown menu's and text boxes which are filled out. I don't know how to do that on Lotus notes. Can this be done?
