Lotus Notes

Ever hear of an entire inbox folder disappearing in Lotus Notes? IT dept at office hasn't a clue.

It seems you have run into the same IT staffers I have. No clue. The least they can do is restore from backup.

Lotus Notes can require a note's guru on your staff. I'm barely dangerous with it but we moved away from notes due to it's appetite.

Guru in a Lotus position.

Joking aside, when it was around, it seemed that without the guru (and even with) we couldn't keep it happy. I've seen some shops that like it, but again you need your guru.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
