Resolved Question

Lost Photos

Dec 21, 2014 4:52AM PST

Eek, I seem to have accidentally lost some photos. I was transferring from a card'to my PC, and hit the delete by mistake, problem is, they did not land in the Recycle Bin!

I have searched my PC, to no avail. <div>
Is anyone out there able to help me please?

Answer
plug in the card and see if it also

...has a Recycle folder on it. If so, then restore them. If not then will need Photo Rec program. Can also used Testdisk, preferably against the "card" first, see if they can be recovered from it.

Hi James, the card doesn't have a Recycle bin on it, so will follow up on what you have suggested.

Thanks heaps. Selma Happy

not called recycle

is will not be called recycle bin, it will be called trash or something similar and it will be hidden so you need make sure you can see hidden files.

I use recuva to recover files accidently deleted.
