How do I get my Windows 10 Photo Editor back?

I have tried typing in "Photos" a number of times with no success.
Perhaps I can download a free Windows 10 photo editor.

When I type in "Photos", yes, the app comes up with the photo
icon, but the actual photo editor does not manifest. In other
words, I have no photo editor.

And yep, clicking on the icon brings up my photos and I can edit. There are free Win 10 photo editing apps on the web.
Gimp for example.

In Windows File Explorer brings up our apps. From there you can create a new shortcut on your desktop or elsewhere. DO NOT ALTER WHAT IS IN THAT FOLDER.
