"Hard Reset"

You will loose all your loaded programs and data loaded in Flash memory in the process:
1. With the Axim turned ON, press the Reset button until it clicks and hold it, then
2. Press the Power button, then
3. Release the Reset button, then
4. Release the Power button.
When you see the prompt on the screen, press the "Contacts" button to reset the Axim to factory defaults. You can also choose to press the "Mail" button if you need to cancel the reset process.

Talk about one convoluted procedure. I guess no one could do that by accident.
