You probably had it stored as an "automatic entry" when you used a browser, it filled-in when required. Now, that you lost or crashed your PC, the auto-setting for filling-in is gone or corrupted. You, as the user was "supposed to" save in a hard copy somewhere on a paper or tablet(paper) for such reasons. Now, that you either can't correctly recall or input the wrong info it comes back already used, etc.. Why, ComCast can't help is beyond me, but you seem to refer coolairxxxxxxetc. thus you have an idea. I can only suggest you start entering what you think is correct and also if upper/lower case letters if that's the case and hope you get it right.

good luck -----Willy ![]()
In July my email stopped working. I have tried to have Microsoft, Comcast, and a paid tech support to help. No luck on all helps.
My computer: CyberPower
Organization: Workgroup
Edition: Windows 10 Home
Processor: Intel Core i7-4810MQ
CPU @ 2.80GHZ
Installed Ram: 16.0 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system
In July my system crashed and when I got it started, my Email address was not working. The tech help had me add a new Email address. That one works but no one has the new address. I don't want the new one anyway.
I don't know how many email servers their are and I have tried, Microsoft Mail, Comcast.net, and other Microsoft mail names. If I try to add an account, with my old address I am told that address is in use. But where?
I don't know where my email was stored, one of the Microsoft mails, or the Comcast.net servers.
My address that I want to get back is ( coolairman@comcast.net ).
Can someone point me in the right direction?
