Lost Folders

Aug 1, 2004 10:51AM PDT

When I open up my 'c' drive to look through contents, there are no folders showing, just a blank page.
At the bottom of the page it tells me how many folders there are and if i start up my computer in safe mode my folders are visible.
Help!!

Angela,

The instructions and link below might help:

Windows Explorer Panes Are Blank

To resolve this issue, use Registry Editor to delete the ExplorerBar value in the following registry key, and then restart your computer:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

Hope this helps.
