Lost File

I think I inadvertantly deleted a file named Microsoft.exe-W98- while deleting other files. How to get it back? I can't open PPS files that are attached to emails and the message I get says the microsoft.exe file can't be found. Need help, but be specific because I'm no whiz kid at this. Thanks.

1. That is NOT the exact message. To get the best help, always supply the message without typographic errors. Anywhere else it may not matter.

2. To fix this, I would uninstall and reinstall the Power Point viewer.
