Contact the publisher of the game, and explain your situation. If you provide them with the serial number you got when you purchased the game, they should be able to send you a replacement disc. They may choose to charge you a small processing fee, but it's better than buying the game again.
If you didn't purchase the game, then you're quite simply screwed.
