Lost ethernet port.

I put a new HD in my Presario sr1950NX, reinstalled win XP Pro service pac2 and now the system cannot find the ether port. How can I restore it?

Did you install all those drivers from Hp/compaq.com for your machine?

Microsoft supplies some drivers, just not the ones for your machine.

One member was downloading the drivers.

But you guessed it, they never installed them...
