Question

Lost connection while playing from DLNA wirelles ?

Sometimes while playing a movie from DLNA, i have the message "Connection lost" and must restart the movie.
I have contact netgear and i have applied the suggestions settings for the router. The problem still exist.
Is any workaround in the TV ? (UE55H7000)

Distance? What settings?

These models need to be 20 feet or less to the router plus be in a very nice uncluttered WiFi area.

This is why I rarely suggest WiFi for the link.

Distance are about 2 metres.
Suggestion from Netgear was to Put down the wirelles speed to 57 mbps and try again.
Router is netgear r6300v2 and dlna device WD my cloud.

At 2 meters, use Ethernet.

There are now dozens of reasons WiFi fails for this. Rather than call in the techs, I get wired at those distances.
