Lost and not working TV catch uo apps

So we bought the TV four days ago. Our second Samsung smart TV. We opened up and set uo. We had all catch up apps apart from Channel 5. A phone call to Samsung and we were assured it was a known issue they were working at resolving A few hours later we had lost the itv player app. Then a bit later the bbc app is still there but a message.... coming later. Very frustrating as we watch a lot of catch up. Phone calls to Samsung and they assured us it wasn't their fault. They tried remote reset but to no avail. Very frustrating and I am quite angry that the TV isn't doing what it should
