the only people getting anything meaningful out of that settlement are the lawyers
OK people, this message is mainly for those who are taking part in the moto v710 settlement against verizon. Im one of you! but.......a essentially information-lacking website and toll-free number has been keeping me in the dark...
Has anyone really even recieved any response from the settlement? Even if its just to get that $25 credit, its jus nice for me to know that there is something comming out of it.
What makes my problem even worse is that my v710 just recently broke like a week or 2 ago, and its getting me more frustrated by just not having a phone. I figured getting it replaced by my insurance would be fine, but they only have the e815 to give...and although thats a good phone, and its quite tempting...i have my sights set on a different phone
For anyone with comments, should I give up on the settlement and go for the insured e815? Or should i stick it out for the newer phone...also maybe any ideas of a new phone, i was thinking about the LG VX9800
