Lost all settings

Dec 31, 2008 8:55AM PST

Hi,

After a crash and restart my computer suddenly began to use settings from C:\Documents and Settings\TEMP folder.
I believe this folder was populated by Windows OS on a restart from All Users folder.
Before the crash my settings were in C:\Documents and settings\Owner\
I an talking about Application Data, Desktop, Local Settings, etc.

I lost all Outlook privvate files (Contacts, Inbox, Calendar), bookmarks in my browsers, etc.

It seems like settings folders themselves are not damaged. I managed to import Contacts and email account from Outlook Express (After reinstalling Internet Provider Software.) AppData\Microsoft\Address Book\Owner can be open in MS Cards.

Is there any way to make folder Owner (my personal profile (settings)), as a source of settings instead of TEMP?

Thank you and Happy New Year!
