lost all files sudenly on my Tungsten T3. Help!

Apr 9, 2005 9:18AM PDT

I've had my T3 for about a year and have not had any issues. Yesterday after putting information on my T3, II put my T3 on the cradle to recharge. The next morning to my horror, the T3 was functioning as if it was the first use asking date, time zone and other preferences. In checking all my files, everything was gone: calendar, contacts, notepad, memos, expenses, voice memo, tasks, photos, Kinoma videos, all gone.
Any idea how I can restore the information, or prevent the same thing happening in the future? Has this happened to anyone else?
You can respond via email to gettnerman@yahoo.com.
Thanks for your help.

I was on a business trip and lost the data I had put in as well as everything else. I didn't have a chance to hotsync.
Any thoughts?

Why don't you try a remote HotSync?

Lookup BACKUP BUDDY and such titles to backup to a card while on the road.

I also learned to carry a charger to connect it every other day or daily when need be.
